ROCKBOND FAIRING COAT WHITE (RB FCW) is a pre-batched, ready to use, two part fairing coat system consisting of a white cementitious powder and a pure acrylic polymer latex. ROCKBOND FAIRING COAT WHITE DRY PACK (RB FCW DP) contains a blend of cement powders, inert fine fillers, fibres, and a collection of compatible admixtures. When the dry pack is mixed with the ROCKBOND PURE ACRYLIC LATEX (RB PAL), a white, acrylic modified, fairing coat is produced which is applied in thin sections to skim over brick, concrete and stone. The system is very adhesive, flexible, waterproof and impermeable. The coating provides a protective, uniform and ascetically pleasing final finish to new construction work and concrete repairs. The material is supplied in 20kg/15 litre packs and has a shelf life of 2 years.

ROCKBOND RENDER COAT LIGHT GREY DRY PACK (RB RDC LGDP) is a blend of special cement powders, graded sands and a collection of admixtures, and when mixed with the ROCKBOND PURE ACRYLIC LATEX (RB PAL), a light grey render is produced that is easily applied by trowel or spray. The hardened material is highly adhesive, resilient, waterproof and durable, and provides a protective and attractive coating to brick and concrete. The render is supplied in 20kg/12.5 litre pack and has a shelf life of 2 years.

ROCKBOND FLEXIBLE (APFC) MEMBRANE (RB FM) is a two part elastomeric, Anti-carbonation, Protective Flexible Coating.  The dry pack, ROCKBOND FLEXIBLE MEMBRANE DRY PACK

(RB FM DP) is a blend of special cement powders, graded sands and compatible admixtures.

When the powder is mixed with the ROCKBOND FLEXIBLE LATEX (RB FL), a light grey coating is produced which is extremely adhesive, flexible and waterproof.  The membrane waterproofs and protects concrete against carbonation, acid gases and chemical attack.  The material is supplied in 3kg/2 litre or 15kg/10 litre packs and has a shelf life of 5 years.

  • 2mm of Flexible Membrane provides anti-carbonation protection to concrete equivalent to 50mm of good quality concrete!

The dry pack, ROCKBOND FLEXIBLE PAINT DRY PACK (RB FPA DP), is a mixture of a unique blend of cement powders, fillers and admixtures.

When the powder is mixed with the latex, ROCKBOND FLEXIBLE LATEX (RB FL), a grey paint is produced which is extremely adhesive, flexible and waterproof.

The material is an Anti-carbonation, Protective, Flexible Coating to concrete and cementitious materials.

The paint is ready to use, is supplied in 2kg/1.5 litre or 10kg/7.5 litre packs and has a shelf life of two years.

ROCKBOND CURE (RB C) is a specially formulated curing compound for use with ROCKBOND SPECIAL CONCRETE PRODUCTS. The compound is a fine dispersion of co polymer solids in water. When applied to the surface of cementitious materials, concrete or screed, by brush or by spray, the latex dries out to produce a clear, impermeable and waterproof film. The curing agent contributes to the curing of cement and concrete, and helps to prevent problems associated with dusting and drying out. The shrinkage, cracking and crazing of concrete is reduced or eliminated, and the strength and durability of the material is enhanced. The latex is supplied to order and
has a shelf life of 2 years.

ROCKBOND SBR LATEX CONCENTRATE (RB SBRLC) is a polymer dispersion of styrene butadiene rubber in water.  The latex is used as an additive to enhance the all round performance of site batched cementitious materials: the flexibility, flexural, tensile, cohesive and adhesive strength of concretes, floor screeds, mortars and renders are all improved.  The latex also increases the impermeability, the waterproofing properties and the chemical resistance of the hardened material.  The latex is supplied to order and has a shelf life of 2 years.

ROCKBOND PURE ACRYLIC LATEX CONCENTRATE (RB PALC) is a specially formulated, pure acrylic polymer resin dispersed in water and combined with water reducing agents and admixtures.  The latex, when added to the mix water, produces a hard polymer film, and improves the properties of hardened cementitious materials in general, and concrete repair and flooring materials in particular.  The latex is ready to use, supplied to order and has a shelf life of two years.
