Rockbond Heritage T Grout (RB HTG )

Description

ROCKBOND HERITAGE T GROUT (RB HTG) powder is a specially formulated, premixed, ready to
use, hydraulic lime grout powder. The compound contains a fine grade of natural hydraulic lime, quality graded sands and a union of compatible admixtures. The powder, when mixed with water, produces a thixotropic, white, microporous, low strength, pumping mortar which is specially designed for pressure pointing of masonry, bricks and stone, and for the filling and sealing of gaps, joints and voids. Rockbond Heritage T Grout is Portland cement free, is designed for low strength applications, is compatible with lime based building materials, historic and heritage structures. The compound is packaged in 25kg moisture proof, durable sacks and has a shelf life of 5 years

 

 

SPECIAL PROPERTIES:

USES:

  • In conservation engineering whenever a natural hydraulic lime pumping grout is required.
  • For use as a repair material compatible with existing lime based mortars, renders and concrete.
  • To fix and anchor steel bars, bolts and reinforcing mesh into heritage buildings and structures.
  • For the pressure and hand pointing of concrete, stone, masonry, bricks and blocks.
  • For the pumping, caulking, injecting and filling of cracks, cavities, voids, gaps and joints.
  • As a mortar to repair lime based materials, mortars, renders, stone and bricks.
  • To restore and make good historic buildings, listed buildings, churches, bridges, viaducts and stone structures.
