Rockbond Heritage T Grout (RB HTG )
ROCKBOND HERITAGE T GROUT (RB HTG) powder is a specially formulated, premixed, ready to use, hydraulic lime grout powder. The compound contains a fine grade of natural hydraulic lime, quality graded silica sands, a union of compatible admixtures and thixotropic agents. The powder, when mixed with water, produces a thixotropic, white, low strength, pumping mortar which is specially designed for pressure pointing, for the filling of voids in brick and stone and for fixing steel into historic and heritage structures. The compound is packaged in 25kg moisture proof, durable sacks and has a shelf life of 2 years.

Does not contain Portland cement.

Quickly and easily mixed, worked, pumped, placed and finished.
High build material: thixotropic, cohesive, non-slumping and anti shrink.
Stable under pressure: can be injected or pumped into place.
Microporous: reduces condensation, and allows brick and stone structures to breathe.
Flexible: will move in sympathy with changes in temperature, humidity, stress and
differential loading.
Low strength and forgiving: compatible with lime based building materials and structures.
Self healing: microcracks and voids are filled and repaired by continuous carbonation.
High yielding, economical, non flammable, non toxic, odour free, user friendly and safe to use.
USES:
In conservation engineering whenever a natural hydraulic lime pumping grout is required.
For use as a repair material compatible with existing lime based mortars, renders and concrete.
To fix and anchor steel bars, bolts and reinforcing mesh into heritage buildings and structures.
For the pressure and hand pointing of concrete, stone, masonry, bricks and blocks.
For the pumping, caulking, injecting and filling of cracks, cavities, voids, gaps and joints.
As a mortar to repair lime based materials, mortars, renders, stone and bricks.
