Rockbond Top Floor Topping (RBT FT) powder is a unique blend of fine and ultrafine cement powders, a graded hard wearing aggregate and a union of admixtures.  The powder is sprinkled onto freshly placed concrete, and compacted to produce a grey, hard and tough, long lasting floor topping.

The floor topping is considerably more wear resistant than granolithic floor toppings, and is specially designed for use in mechanically aggressive environments.

The powder can be mixed with water to produce Rockbond Top Floor Topping Mortar (RBT FTM) and applied to repair and protect concrete surfaces from impact and abrasion.

The powder is packaged in 25kg moisture proof, durable bags, is ready to use and has a shelf life of 2 years.

ROCKBOND FLOOR SCREED STEEL REINFORCED (RB FSSR) powder is a premixed, ready to use, cementitious floor powder. The compound contains fine cement powders, acrylic co-polymer resins, graded wear resistant aggregates, stainless steel fibres and a combination of admixtures. The powder, when mixed with water, produces a grey, semi flow, trowelable, floor screed which is applied to new or existing concrete. The hardened screed produces a tough, hard, steel reinforced, wear resistant, durable floor. ROCKBOND FLOOR SCREED STEEL REINFORCED ACCELERATED (RB FSSRA) is used at low temperatures, or when a rapid gain in early strength is required at 20ºC. The powders are packaged in 25kg durable, moisture proof bags and have a shelf life of 5 years.

ROCKBOND FLOOR LEVELLING COMPOUND (RB FLC) powder is a mixture of special cement powders, fillers, finely graded sands, water dispersible co-polymer powders and a union of admixtures. The powder, when mixed with water, produces a fluid, self smoothing, self levelling, thin section, acrylic polymer modified cementitious floor screed. The material is used to level new and existing concrete floors, and to provide an underlayment to various floor toppings, carpets and tiles. The hardened compound is resistant to foot and light traffic. The powder is packaged in 25kg moisture proof, durable bags and has a shelf life of 5 years.
