Description

ROCKBOND EPOXY MORTAR (RB EM) is a specially formulated, three part epoxy resin system which consists of a base resin, hardener and filler.  When the hardener is mixed with the base resin and filler, a non flow mortar is produced which cures to produce a quick, strong, fast bonding material for use in concrete repairs, on concrete floors and in areas exposed to chemical attack.  The mortar is supplied in 5.2kg/2.5 litre and 20.8kg/10 litre packs and has a shelf life of 1 year.

ROCKBOND EPOXY TIMBER GROUT (RB ETG) is a specially formulated, three part, epoxy resin grout system which is composed of a hardener, base and filler. When the hardener component is mixed with the base and filler, a free flowing, dark green grout is produced, which quickly hardens to produce a strong bonding, durable material which is compatible and similar to the properties of wood. The compound is used to fill, seal, repair and protect both softwood and hardwood timber. The resin is supplied in 4.2kg/2.5 litre packs and has a shelf life of 2 years.

ROCKBOND CRACK INJECTION T GROUT (RB CITG) is an unique two part, solvent free, epoxy resin system which consists of a hardener and a base resin.  When the hardener is mixed with the base component, a thixotropic gel is produced which gradually hardens to produce a white, strong bonding, low modulus, flexible adhesive used for the filling and sealing of cracks, gaps and voids.  The material is also used to bond concrete to steel, and many other construction materials, including stone, brick, plastic, glass and wood.  The resin is supplied in 480g/400ml and 3.6kg/3 litre packs and has a shelf life of 2 years.
